In 2002 I gained the Certificate in Relaxation Massage. Since then I have attended many workshops to increase my knowledge to help my clients. Workshops have been aimed towards remedial massage & lymphatic drainage. remedial massage uses specialized techniques & stretching moves to work impaired or knotted muscles & tendons.

After qualifying as a massage therapist, I set up clinic & receive clients throughout the week. I use various manuals to help ascertain sources of aggravation. To gain & refresh my knowledge I attend at least 2 workshops per year, read publications & purchase books relevant to techniques taught in the workshops.
