Is the issue relating to business dealings and contracts with unclear and undefined communication where you are unhappy about?
Yes—> Sorry this is not an issue for MNZ to deal with. You could contact a business mentor for advice or your own lawyer.
Is the issue regarding mistreatment on someone else, (other than on a minor in your immediate family or where you are the guardian of?)
